Rolana Chocolate Company began its journey in 1994, aiming to carve a niche in the competitive chocolate market of Damascus. Despite challenges, the company focused on producing unique sweets, particularly wafer balls filled with chocolate cream and coated in premium chocolate. Their first product, launched in 2008, was a coconut-covered wafer ball with almonds, which gained popularity. However, operations ceased in 2012 due to the Syrian war. In 2018, Rolana resumed production with the same signature product and expanded its offerings, including Rolana Chocolate and Rolana Peanut Butter. By 2019, the brand reached neighboring countries and the Gulf region. Responding to demand, a factory opened in Egypt in 2021 to serve the North African market with advanced German production lines. Supported by Jabri Group and its sister companies, Rolana aims for continuous development and new flavors while aspiring to achieve global recognition in the chocolate industry.
