Quaranta is a famous Italian soft nougat manufacturer, founded in Caravaggio (Italy) in 1924; today, after three generations, Quaranta is still managing the business with the very same passion. We have been the first and passionate inventors of the Nougat Passion® concept: our nougat is produced following the original Italian recipe dated 1924 and gets enriched with real pastry cream that gives it the unique and characteristic marble effect and soft texture; our products are topped with the most premium and gourmet raw materials to give them great appealing. We proudly preserve hand craftmanship as, even today, some stages of the production process as well as most of the packaging are still carried by hand.
