Melons of a special variety are specifically harvested for Hasar and are subject to strict quality control. After harvesting, melons are washed and dried, and coated with high-quality chocolate  made from high-quality ingredients. Sundried melons give a delicate taste to these chocolate sweets and have become a national worth, as they are loved by many customers outside the Turkmenistan.
