Know your food “Eastern Sweets” specializes in the production of ingredients for the bakery, confectionery, dairy industries and ingredients for the production of ice cream under the TM Filler, namely: fruit homogeneous fillings and fillings with pieces of fruits and berries up to 80%, milk-containing fillers and fillers on fat basis with a wide range of flavors. The assortment of fillers includes more than 10 recipes for poppy filling, which is prepared from selected seeds of blue French poppy. We produce an assortment of confectionery glazes on lauric and non-lauric bases (white, brown and colored) for all kinds of confectionery products, pastries, ice cream, cottage cheese desserts and glazed curd cheeses. We also produce syrups for drinks, toppings for desserts and more.
